Can someone tell me which Skill Trainer or Quest teaches Mending? Thanks.

I might be wrong on this but I think Grazden does. It's the 2nd quest he gives after the Sowing the Seeds quest (with farmer dude) when you find Paulus in Regeant Valley and deliver another letter to the woman outside of Ascalon City. Grazden stands East of where Sardelac Sanitarium is. If you go by Daved the Artisan and follow the road East you should run into him.
